Google Alerts is an auto notification service by Google that sends emails to a user when it finds new results that match a user's search criteria. If you want to monitor any changes on the web related to your name or learn about new articles, blogs, or research of interest Google Alerts will detect those changes and email you a notification!
This is useful to see who or what might be said about you or your company. Stay up to date on news of interest to you. Or even immediately see new job opportunities that are posted on the web!
